Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders within the United States ship free, with no minimum.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How long does processing take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
How long until my order arrives?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the order date, including processing and transit. Delivery may take a little longer during busy periods or holidays.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What condition do items need to be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at shopcloaked.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send approval and instructions before you ship anything back.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on final-sale items, gift cards, or intimate items where a hygiene seal has been removed.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Every payment is processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at shopcloaked.help@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to help. Once it's on its way, changes may not be possible.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We're sorry! Email shopcloaked.help@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

We do our best to show every item as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
