Thanks for shopping with Cloakd. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Free shipping

All orders within the United States ship free — no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the order date, including processing and transit. Times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.

Delays, lost, or undelivered packages

If your tracking hasn't updated, your package appears lost, or it's returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us at shopcloaked.help@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it. Additional shipping charges may apply to re-send an order returned for an incorrect address.
