Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)

How to start a return

Email us at shopcloaked.help@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and send approval along with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before your return is approved.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at shopcloaked.help@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on final-sale items, gift cards, or intimate items where a hygiene seal has been removed.
